Micro moments (and micro guide👇🏼) from a few great days exploring Lisbon 🫶🏼.
Good things to recommend:
Tram 28 🚋 – yes it is fun, interesting and I would recommend jumping on a one of the just 5 old trams in the city. However, the line at the start of the tram is so long. Bjoern came up with a brilliant hack: jump on the line somewhere else going the opposite direction (so towards Martim Moniz) and 💥no line and lots of space in the carriage👊🏼.

Tuk tuk 🛺 sightseeing: is a huge deal in the old part of the town, and we did a 2-hour-get-your-guide tour, which was great. We learned a lot and we got around to the top sights easily and didn’t have to worry about all the steep hills of the city.

Food:
@timeoutlisboa fancy street food but good quality and a good variety of choices.
@soi_asian_street_food for, well😜, Asian street food
@potatoprojectpt for the best fries in town
@basiliolisboacafe for breakfast and The Folk next door for amazing coffee (try their lemon coffee) ☕️
@aoparaisolisboa for next level sushi 🍣
@abrasileirachiado a classic
@restaurante_viagraca for the view and great meat 🍖
@sao_lisboa for coffee, cake and more

Sintra castles 🏰 and park one hour outside of Lisbon. We had tickets, but it was rainy and windy on that day, so we actually skipped it and hope to see it next time 🫣.
NB! Lisbon is many things, but not stroller friendly. We did manage to use our stroller one day for a trip by the harbour, however, for all other days we used the @wildride_official (which was a total life/trip savour🙏🏼).

We absolute loved the little shops in the old town, where you can only buy 1 thing like port wine, canned food or Bacalhau (fried fish cake) – which apparently is an old tradition in this neighbourhood. We ate tons of Pastel Nata 🥮 and of course hung out at the small cobblestone places.
We didn’t find time to go see the Belèm Tower (which was fine), but I was sad to miss the @maatmuseum (next time😏).

We rented via Airbnb, as we have done many times by now, however they owner gave me this link I would like to recommend if you are looking to stay at an apartment as we did: The Good Neighbour
