The (almost) one tousand year old city, Ebeltoft, is of our favourite places in Denmark.

We are so lucky that our my parents-in-law has a beautiful summerhouse, close to the Ebeltoft ferry habour and beach, that we borrow every summer.

Ebeltoft city itself is a super charming small town with cobbles, timbered houses and the harbour area. During the summer there is a small market with cute handmade souvenirs just behind the cityhall. And don’t miss out on the amazing frigate signature sausages from the local butcher.

There is lot’s to do and see along the cove and there is of course the Mols Mountains.

To us, Ebeltoft is the perfect little get-away-spot when summer time hits Denmark.
