What once use to be a Bank is today a unique cultural think tank – and is also hosting the restaurant Sentralen.

Sentralen is a great informal restaurant where the menu changes with the seasons and the food is ment to be shared.

The food here is amazing. We had several different courses (5 to be shared), but especially the ceviche and the avocado dishes was memorable.

The atmosphere was casual and cool with room for everyone from the early eaters (families), group of friends and dates. We were here on a Tuesday night and the place was almost full, so I think reservations are a good idea.
