The Giacomo Bistrot is a very well-known secret in Milan. The Milanese are keeping a pride in keeping local gems protected from over-exposure – and the Giacomo Bistrot is one of them.

Hands down THE BEST carpaccio I ever had. The meat was so tender and very tasteful. I could fly back just for this meal again. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the service very attentive.

It is recommended to make reservations in advance.
