The Rail House Café

If ever close to Victoria St. in London…(shout out to all of you travelers coming in via Gatwick 😉

The Rail House Cafe is sister café to the cosy and succesful Riding House Cafe in Marylebone and Village East.

It is located super close to Victoria St, which is how I chose it, but isn’t just a place you have to rush through en route to Buckingham Palace necessary. It’s somewhere worth lingering, and a good place is definitely Rail House Cafe. With a list of established foodie favourites served alongside reinvented classics, this health-conscious spot really ticks all the boxes.

With modern twists on old classics and an emphasis on healthy dishes, both eyes and stomach are pleased of the meals. Green tea waffles and the Burgerdict – a delicious-looking burger and eggs Benedict combination – are the standouts of the brunch menu. Meanwhile, plenty of the lunch menu was made for sharing, with grilled octopus, confit pork belly and chili bean chicken making an appearance alongside the usual burgers and salads.
