A Small Great Restaurant

When we arrived at Shodoshima a friend of mine send a picture of this door and wrote: “this is a great restaurant, I don’t know what it is called, but have Shodoshima International Hotel in your back, then walk straight and you will find it.”

And so we did. We found the door just a couple of hundreds meters down (right across from a huge gambling hall (that they have everywhere in japan, even on the smallest islands).

She was right, it was such a great little restaurant run by the sweetest old couple; he ran the kitchen, she did the serving.

We all had the set menu and drinks in a small private room, think the bill came to a total of 70 euros.
