As many of the best places to eat in Vietnam are, so is the Ba Le Well restaurant, tucked down a lane.
The restaurant serves only a set menu at the price of 120.000vd (36dkk). All dishes are with rice paper wrapped with lettuce, fresh herbs, pickled cabbage then a deep-fried spring roll (barbecued lemongrass pork), pork meat balls and fried rice flour pancakes stuffed with shrimps and bean sprouts.
No need, I mean no room, for dessert…
As we learned upon arrival, the place is very popular among both locals and tourists, so it really pays off to go there outside of peak hours (which we did by coincident). And it really pays off to go there, because the food is great.
