A small town standing on a rocky outcrop overlooking the Adriatic sea.
Polignano a Mare is especially famous for its charming old town and sea caves. We are staying here 4 nights and is so far really loving the old town, where we are living while visiting the town. The only way the get around (if not by foot) is be bicycle or rickshaw. We were actually picked up by a rickshaw when we arrived to the town to get to our B&B.
The town is very charming and it has a great slow vibe, which is perfect when you are visiting for holidays.
Honestly we haven’t been around very much, just hanging out in our local area. Tomorrow we plan to go visit the neighbor town, Monopoli, which is suppose to be eagerly as charming as Polignano a Mare.
